About the Role
Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual, looking for a secure role where you can provide excellent customer service to the community? If yes, the Customer Service Officer could be the perfect opportunity for you!
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer with great interpersonal skills and a positive can do attitude to join our dynamic team. As the Customer Service Officer, you will provide excellent customer service to our customers and stakeholders, contributing to the effective operation of the SRW Customer Service Centre.
In this role, you will also assist with providing internal customer support through information management services, business administration, and contribute to cross functional tasks.
As a valued team member, you will work in a collaborative and encouraging team environment that will promote team success. Experience in a similar administration position and electronic records management is also highly desirable.
As the Customer Service Officer, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Answer telephone switchboard calls and enquiries and re-direct where appropriate.
- Actions from phone enquiries, not limited to posting or emailing information and directing customers to our website.
- Conduct ECM and document management training.
- Administrative support to the Team Leader Customer Experience to deliver a range customer experience and applications assessment tasks.
- Complete information statement applications that are not within declared systems
About you
The successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate some of the desired experience and abilities below:
- Strong customer focus with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly learn and operate a variety of in-house computer systems and databases.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in line with set procedures while looking for innovative ways to improve work.
- Collaborative team member and driven to work in a team environment.
